Q: What is Dinospoon?

This is an online shop that delivers Japanese baby food overseas via a subscription service!
Three characteristics of Japanese baby food!
① Use a variety of ingredients such as rice, vegetables, and fish.
② Reduce saltiness while still using dashi stock to bring out the natural flavor of the ingredients.
③ Change the hardness of the ingredients according to the baby's growth.

Once you enter your baby's age when you make your first purchase, we will automatically deliver baby food appropriate for their age every month!

Q. What is a subscription plan?

A subscription is a service that delivers products on a regular basis.

Dinospoon has three features!
① Delivering Japanese baby food to 47 countries around the world!
②Baby food according to age will be automatically delivered every month! (You can choose to have it delivered once a month or twice a month)
③There are no restrictions on the number of orders or cancellation fees! You can also place a one-time order.

Q. When will my first order arrive?


■Monthly course products are shipped on the 15th of each month . However, if your first order is placed between the 1st and 15th, your first order will be shipped on the 30th of the same month.

Example 1)
First order date: May 3rd Plan: 7-10 items plan [Once a month course]
Age: Select [8 months and up]

First shipment: May 30th [Delivery of products for 8-month-old babies]
Second shipment: June 15th [Delivery of 9-month-old products]
After that, we will ship your order on the 15th of every month.

Example 2)
First order date: May 25th Plan: 7-10 items plan [Once a month course]
Age: Select [5 months and up]

First shipment: June 15th [Delivery of products for 5-month-old babies]
Second shipment: July 15th [Delivery of products for 6-month-old babies]
After that, we will ship your order on the 15th of every month.

*For [From 5 months] and [From 6 months], only once a month courses are available.


■Twice a month course products will be shipped on the 15th and 30th of each month . However, if your first order is between the 1st and 15th, your first order will be shipped on the 30th, and if it is between the 16th and the last day of the month, your first order will be shipped on the 15th of the following month.

*If you choose the twice-monthly course, we will send you products twice for each age group.
If you would like to receive only one item based on the age of the month when you placed the order, please contact customer support after the first order has been shipped by the order confirmation date (change deadline). From the next time onwards, we will send you the item based on the changed age.

Delivery times vary depending on the region and time of year, but are generally 1 to 3 weeks from the time of shipment.
Depending on when you place your first order, it may take up to a month and a half for your order to be delivered.

We currently ship to 48 countries.
Asia: Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Cambodia, Malaysia, India, Maldives

Middle East: Saudi Arabia, Turkey, UAE

North America: USA, Canada

Oceania: Australia, New Zealand

*Food import regulations vary from country to country, so we deliver carefully selected products that comply with each country's guidelines.

Q. Can I change, skip or cancel my plan?

Yes, you can. Please make the changes through your customer account by the order confirmation date (change deadline).

Click Manage subscription in the automatic subscription email notification that the store sent you, where you'll need to enter your email address and the 6-digit verification code that's sent to your email address.

Once a month course: Until 23:59 on the last day of the monthTwice a month course: For deliveries on the 15th, please order by 23:59 on the last day of the month, and for deliveries on the 30th, please order by 23:59 on the 14th

If you skip the twice-monthly course, one month (two shipments) will be skipped.

Q: How much is shipping?

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping area.

* Regarding customs duties, in addition to shipping charges, customs duties may be levied depending on the country. Please note that if customs duties are incurred, they will be borne by the customer.

Q: Can I purchase it individually?

I'm sorry.
Currently, we only offer a subscription service and do not offer single item purchases.

Q. Can I check the delivery status?

Yes, it is possible.
The shipping email will include a tracking number, so you can check the delivery status of your item from there.

Q. I haven't received any emails from the shop.

Please make sure that you are set up to receive emails from "info@dinospoon.com" in advance.
If you are unable to receive emails from the shop, the following may be the cause.
(1) The email is delayed.
(2) It has been sorted into the spam folder.
(3) Your spam settings have been set to reject emails containing URLs.
(4) Your email inbox is full.
(5) It has been filtered or discarded at the discretion of the recipient.
(6) The recipient has refused to receive the email for some reason.
(7) There is an error in the email address you registered. If you do not receive an order completion email, you can check whether your order has been placed from the "Order History" on your My Page.

Q. I want to change the delivery address.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact customer support .

For shipment on the 15th: by 23:59 on the 10th of the same month
For shipments on the 30th: If we receive notification by the above date and time (by 11:59 p.m. on the 20th of the same month), we will ship to the new address from the next shipment.

If you wish to change your address after the product has been shipped, please contact the shipping company listed in the shipping completion email.

Q: What kind of products will I receive?

We mainly deliver products from major baby food manufacturers such as Wakodo, Pigeon, and Kewpie according to the baby's age.
We plan to gradually start selling organic baby food and other products as well.
However, since some countries have food import restrictions, we will only send you carefully selected products that use ingredients that are not prohibited by the relevant country.

■You can check the prohibited and regulated items for each country below.
・Prohibited/regulated items in the United States: All meats We will deliver products that contain ingredients other than meat.

-There are no banned/restricted items in India.

・Indonesia Prohibited/Restricted Items: Pork We will deliver products that contain ingredients other than pork.

・Prohibited/regulated items in Australia: Dairy products, eggs, fruit, vegetables, meat, and meat products. However, in the case of processed foods, we can deliver these items if they meet the import regulations and points of note, so there are no restrictions on the products you can send.

・Canada Prohibited/Restricted Items: All meats We will deliver products that contain ingredients other than meat.
*Items worth less than $60 are tax-free.

・Saudi Arabia prohibited/restricted items: Beef We will deliver products that contain ingredients other than beef.

・Switzerland Prohibited/Restricted Items: All meat We will deliver products that contain ingredients other than meat.

・Thailand prohibited/regulated items: beef, tuna We will deliver products that use ingredients other than beef and tuna.

・Taiwan prohibited/regulated items: All meats We will deliver products that use ingredients other than meat.

・There are no prohibited/restricted items in Türkiye.

・There are no prohibited/restricted items in UAE.

・New Zealand prohibited/restricted items: All meat. However, in the case of processed foods, we can deliver these items if they meet the import regulations and points to note, so there are no restrictions on the products we send.

・Philippines prohibited/regulated items: Beef We will deliver products that contain ingredients other than beef.

・Vietnam prohibited/regulated items: eggs, onions. We will deliver products that use ingredients other than eggs and onions.

- There are no prohibited/restricted items in Hong Kong.

・There are no prohibited/restricted items in Macau.

・There are no prohibited/regulated items in Malaysia.

As we can deliver baby food up to 2kg, there are no restrictions on the products we send.

Q. The product I received was damaged! What should I do?

We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact customer support with the following information:
1. Details of the defect: (e.g.) The container is scratched, broken, or leaking
2. Target product name: (Example) Wakodo From 9 months old Japanese-style boiled salmon and potatoes
3. Attach a photo: Please attach a photo that shows the defect.

Q: What payment methods can I use?

You can choose from the following five payment methods.

Q. Where can I check the ingredients of the products?

The ingredient names and allergen information can be found on the outer box of the product.

Q: How are the products packaged?

We use strong cardboard boxes so that they can withstand shocks during delivery. We also put cushioning material inside to minimize the damage to the product.

Q: What is the shipping method?

Depending on the delivery area, we will use Japan Post, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

Q. Can I order from Japan and have it shipped to an overseas address?

Yes. We only ship to overseas destinations, but orders and payments can be made from Japan.

Q: When will I be billed?

Payment will be made on the order date each month.

Q. I want to know the size of the box.

The box sizes are 60 or 80. We will use the appropriate size box depending on the number of items.
